Teaching Assistant

Responsibilities;

  • Classroom Management: Support the lead teacher by reinforcing classroom rules, upholding campus protocols, and redirecting challenging behaviors.
  • Student Engagement: Establish rapport with students by engaging with them both inside and outside the classroom, emphasizing your availability to help, and discussing their interests.
  • Academic Support: Aid students in meeting their learning objectives by further breaking down course content, answering questions, and providing 1:1 support as needed.

Requirements;

  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Experience: At least 1 year of K-12 student support experience (SPED is a plus!)
  • References: 3 professional references, including one from a supervisor, to showcase your strengths!
