Teaching Assistant

  • $22.50/hr + weekly pay!

Responsibilities;

  • Student Engagement: Establish rapport with students by engaging with them both inside and outside the classroom, emphasizing your availability to help, and discussing their interests.
  • Classroom Management: Manage classroom behaviors by setting clear expectations, supervising students during unstructured learning time, and redirecting challenging behaviors according to school behavior protocols.
  • Academic Support: Support students' understanding of course content by clarifying misunderstandings, answering questions, and providing additional examples.

Requirements;

  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Experience: Previous experience working with students K-12 is required. Special Education experience is highly desired.
  • Mission Driven: Must be enthusiastic about the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students and dedicated to addressing their individual needs.
  • References: 3 professional references, including one from a supervisor, to showcase your strengths!
