Paraprofessional

Responsibilities;

  • Behavior Management: In a 1:1 setting or as classroom support, helping students-including those in Special Education-thrive in a positive and structured learning environment.
  • Progress Monitoring: Assist with administering assessments and tracking student progress toward IEP goals.
  • Academic Support: Aid students in meeting their learning objectives by further breaking down course content, answering questions, and providing 1:1 support as needed.

Requirements;

  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Experience: Previous experience working with students K-12 is required. Special Education experience is highly desired.
  • Mission Driven: Must be enthusiastic about the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students and dedicated to addressing their individual needs.
  • References: 3 professional references, including one from a supervisor, to showcase your strengths!
