Substitute Teacher

  • $200-250 per day plus weekly deposits

Responsibilities;

  • Deliver with Impact: Bring provided lesson plans to life by paying special attention to details and adapting as necessary to meet the unique needs of your students.
  • Lead a Positive Environment: Create a safe and welcoming environment by reinforcing expectations, redirecting challenging behaviors, and building strong student connections.
  • Inspire Participation: Keep students actively engaged through thoughtful questioning, meaningful discussions, and a consistent classroom presence.
  • Stay Organized: Accurately track attendance and student progress toward academic and behavioral goals.

Requirements;

  • Education: A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required. A valid teaching credential or Emergency 30-Day Substitute Permit is a strongly advised.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with K-12 students is essential-whether in a classroom, after-school program, camp, or similar setting. School-based experience is a plus.
  • Adaptability in Action: You thrive in dynamic environments and can confidently adjust to new classrooms, routines, and student needs.
  • Driven by Student Success: You're motivated by helping students grow and eager to continue developing your skills as an educator.
