Responsibilities;

  • Behavior Support: Foster a positive, structured classroom environment by helping manage behaviors and reinforcing routines.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor student growth toward their academic and behavioral IEP goals by administering assessments and conducting observations.
  • Academic Support: Help students succeed by clarifying course content, answering questions, and offering focused 1:1 support.
  • Personal Care Support: Help students with mobility, feeding, toileting, or other personal care needs, if required.

Requirements;

  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Experience: Previous experience working with students with IEPs is required.
  • Student-Centered Skills: Strong ability to engage students and build positive relationships with staff.
  • Purpose-Driven: A true passion for Special Education and a commitment to making a lasting impact.
