Kevin brings over 15 years of education experience, over half within Education Staffing, where he helped grow his previous organization across 13 states. His journey started in the classroom as a Teach for America Houston corps member, later expanding internationally to Dubai as a teacher and administrator.
His background gives him a unique perspective on staffing challenges, and he’s passionate about creating meaningful partnerships with schools to facilitate student success.

As a former Special Education teacher and Education Consultant, Daisy knows firsthand what makes an educator impactful.

Her work within South LA public and charter schools has given her deep insights into the region’s unique staffing needs, influencing her commitment to educator development and empowerment.

Senior Education Consultant
With three years of experience in both student-facing and behind-the-scenes roles in education, Najja understands the critical importance of matching the right educators with students. He is excited to help shape the future of education staffing in California alongside a driven and empathetic team.
Pulling from his experience as a behavioral therapist, he takes his understanding of student needs and puts it at the forefront of his actions each day. He understands the importance of equipping students with the proper emotional, social, and educational tools to set them up for success.

Pedro Vasquez
Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships
Pedro brings over 12 years of experience in education, spanning both higher education leadership and K–12 staffing. He began his career in undergraduate admissions at the University of Massachusetts Lowell before moving to Los Angeles, where he held admissions and operations roles at the USC Suzanne Dworak Peck School of Social Work and the USC Rossier School of Education.
His transition into K–12 educational staffing allowed him to partner with districts, charter schools, and private schools to address complex staffing needs while supporting educators pursuing their teaching credentials across several regions. Pedro brings a unique perspective on workforce challenges and a strong commitment to building partnerships that help schools and students succeed.

Greg Kucukarslan
Senior Partnerships Specialist
Greg began supporting schools in 2019, initially focusing on solving driver shortages that disproportionately affected McKinney-Vento and IEP students across school districts and charter networks. As he spent more time supporting schools, he saw firsthand how teacher shortages were impacting students both inside and outside the classroom. This experience inspired his transition into staffing support, where he could help schools strengthen their teams and better serve students.
Greg is motivated by work that makes a meaningful difference in schools and contributes to an education system designed around student success. His connection to education runs deep as his mom, sister, and grandmother are lifelong educators, and he spent nine years coaching swimming. At the core of his work is a commitment to ensuring students long term growth. He also likes dogs, ask him about his pup.

With over ten years of experience in education, Galen brings energy, warmth, and a deep commitment to student success to Tradewind Subs. A Houston native who relocated to Los Angeles in 2023, her passion for education began early through her family’s daycare and continued through her studies at Texas Southern University, where she earned a degree in English.
Galen spent five years teaching in underserved communities, including in South Central LA, where she built a reputation for strong relationships and inclusive, engaging classrooms. Now at Tradewind Subs, she is focused on supporting educators and students through advocacy and development, while currently pursuing her MBA at California State University, Long Beach.

Anthony brings over five years of recruitment experience and a strong focus on mission-driven staffing within education. Known for managing high-volume pipelines and building efficient hiring processes, he excels at connecting partner schools with high-quality educators.
With a background spanning nonprofit housing, security services, and substitute teaching across LAUSD and CMOs, Anthony offers a well-rounded perspective on both School Partner and Educator needs. Based in Los Angeles and a graduate of Antioch University, he leverages platforms like Salesforce and EdJoin to deliver a streamlined and effective hiring experience.
