Responsibilities;
- Behavior Management: Help create a structured, welcoming environment by supporting the teacher with behavioral challenges and reinforcing classroom protocols.
- Progress Monitoring: Assist with administering assessments and tracking student progress toward IEP goals.
- Academic Support: Aid students in meeting their learning objectives by further breaking down course content, answering questions, and providing 1:1 support as needed.
Requirements;
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Experience: Previous experience working with students K-12 is required. Special Education experience is highly desired.
- Skills: Must demonstrate strong engagement and rapport-building skills with students and staff.
- Values-driven: A genuine passion for Special Education and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
