What You'll Do
Deliver Lessons: Follow or implement lesson plans aligned with California Standards. Long-term roles may include planning and grading.
Lead the Classroom: Set expectations, engage students, and manage behaviors using school protocols.
Support Student Success: Track student progress and leave detailed notes for the returning teacher.
What You Need
Education: Bachelor's degree required. CA teaching credential or Emergency 30-day Permit a plus.
Experience: Prior experience working with K-12 students is essential (teaching, tutoring, afterschool programs, etc.).
Mindset: You're mission-driven, passionate about education, and excited to support diverse learners.
References: 3 professional references (including one from a supervisor).
