What You'll Do
Behavior Support: Create a positive, structured classroom environment by assisting teachers with behavioral management and student engagement.
Academic Assistance: Provide 1:1 or small group support to help students meet learning goals and understand course content.
Progress Monitoring: Support assessments and help track student growth, especially toward IEP objectives.
What We're Looking For
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience: Minimum 1 year supporting K-12 students (6 months+ Special Education experience highly preferred)
Skills: Strong relationship-building, patience, and communication skills
Passion: A genuine desire to make a positive impact in Special Education
