What You'll Do

Behavioral & Classroom Support
Support teachers in creating a positive, structured learning environment by reinforcing classroom expectations and assisting with behavior management.

Student-Centered Support
Provide 1:1 or classroom-based assistance, helping students-including those in Special Education-thrive academically and socially.

Progress Monitoring
Assist with assessments and track student progress toward IEP goals.

Academic Assistance
Break down course content, answer questions, and provide individualized academic support as needed.

What We're Looking For

Education
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

Experience
At least 6 months of Special Education (SPED) experience

Skills
Strong engagement, communication, and rapport-building skills with students and staff

Values-Driven
A genuine passion for Special Education and a desire to make a meaningful impact in students' lives
