The Difference You'll Make

As a paraprofessional, you'll play a vital role in shaping positive, structured learning environments where every student can succeed.

You'll:

  • Support classroom management and reinforce positive behavior

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support, including for students in Special Education

  • Assist in tracking student progress toward IEP goals and academic milestones

  • Break down complex concepts into clear, approachable learning steps

  • Foster both academic growth and social-emotional development

What We're Looking For

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months in Special Education (SPED)

  • Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, and the ability to build rapport quickly

  • Passion: A genuine commitment to helping students reach their full potential
