What You'll Do

🧩 Conduct Comprehensive Evaluations

Perform psychological assessments, including cognitive, social-emotional, and behavioral evaluations to determine student needs.

📊 Develop and Monitor IEPs

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, implement, and track Individualized Education Programs and behavioral intervention plans.

📚 Provide Clinical Counseling

Offer individual and group counseling sessions to support student mental health, social skills, and academic success.

❤️ Support Crisis Intervention

Provide immediate support and consultation for behavioral emergencies and mental health crises within the school community.

What We're Looking For

✔️ Education & Certification

Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology and a valid California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential.

✔️ Experience

Demonstrated experience conducting psycho-educational assessments and navigating the special education legal landscape.

✔️ Collaborative Skills

Exceptional ability to communicate complex clinical findings to parents, teachers, and administrators in an accessible way.

✔️ Passion & Purpose
