Currently, we do not. We only cover the LiveScan required to work with us.
Unfortunately, no. One LiveScan form cannot be used for multiple organizations. The reason for this is each LiveScan submission is tied to one specific organization, whose details are pre-filled into the LS form.
No, this is against the law. Your fingerprint results are confidential, and it is illegal for organizations to send this confidential information to other organizations.
No, unfortunately, we will not be processing reimbursements for your LiveScan or TB Risk Assessment completion if conducted at a non-Wellnessmart location.

TB Requirement
You can have your primary care physician do your TB testing or complete your TB Risk Assessment form, but, if there is a co-pay associated with the visit, we will not be reimbursing.
We require a recent TB test that must have been completed within 60 days of hiring. If your TB test meets this requirement, we can accept it.
Yes, if your chest x-rays were completed within the year.
We definitely understand the frustration, but California Education Code (EDC) § 49406 requires us to only accept TB tests that have been completed within 60 days of hiring.
Except as provided in subdivision (j), a person shall not be initially employed by a school district, or employed under contract, in a certificated or classified position unless the person has submitted to a tuberculosis risk assessment within the past 60 days, and, if tuberculosis risk factors are identified, has been examined to determine that the person is free of infectious tuberculosis by a physician and surgeon

Double check that you have their correct contact information by reaching out to your previous employer. We will continue reaching out to them in the hopes that they respond and that their unavailability was temporary. You also do have the option of selecting a new reference in hopes that they respond. However, we do require at least two of the three references to respond to move forward with your candidacy.

You can disregard that note. Under “My Assignments,” you will be able to see your trainings’ actual due date.
We are required by law to ask all educators to complete the following trainings at the start of employment, and then on a yearly basis. Please read the following for specifics:
- In California, educators are required to complete the mandated reported training within the first six weeks of each school year or within six weeks of the person’s employment.
- Sexual harassment prevention training must be completed within six months of hire or promotion and repeated every two years. Non-supervisory employees need one hour of training; meanwhile, supervisory employees require two hours.
- Bloodborne Pathogens Training must be completed at the start of employment and then annually thereafter.
