- Step 2: Get automatically entered into the sweepstake.
- Step 3: Each booking counts as an entry, so the more bookings you make, the more chances you have to win.
- Step 4: Winner will be announced on March 27 2026 via social media

1. Promoter
The promoter is Tradewind Subs, registered office: 7th Floor, 915 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90017.2. Promotion Period
The sweepstake is open from January 12, 2026 through March 27, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).3. Eligibility
This promotion is open to existing and new school partners that are legal residents of California.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Tradewind Subs and its affiliates are not eligible to enter.4. How to Enter
Schools may enter in either of the following ways:A. Booking Entry
Each school will receive one (1) entry for every completed and invoiced booking made with Tradewind Subs during the Promotion Period.
Bookings must be worked and invoiced within the Promotion Period to qualify. Cancelled or unfilled bookings do not count.B. Alternative Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without placing a booking, an eligible school may submit a free entry by emailing our Partnerships Director, Kevin Reeves on kevin@twsubs.com with the subject line “$500 School Sweepstakes Entry” and including the school name, contact person, email address, and phone number.
All valid entries received between January 12, 2026 and March 27, 2026 will be entered into the same random drawing as booking-based entries.
Limit one (1) AMOE entry per school.5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $500 voucher of their choice for their school.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
Approximate retail value (ARV) of all prizes: $500.6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries after March 27, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.7. Notification
The winner will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry.8. Taxes
Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winning school.9. Prize Substitution
Tradewind Subs reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.10. Publicity & Release
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Tradewind Subs to use the school’s name and logo for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Tradewind Subs from any liability arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of the prize.11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used solely for administering the promotion and in accordance with Tradewind Subs’ Privacy Policy.12. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that the decisions of Tradewind Subs are final.13. Governing Law
This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California.
