We are partnered with Wellnessmart to ensure a seamless and expense-free onboarding process for all our educators. They specialize in pre-employment procedures and will be supporting you with your LiveScan, TB Testing and I-9 Document Review.

Upon completing a successful interview, we will be inputting your information into our Wellnessmart account, so that you may be able to head on over to your appointment. Hours vary by location. Please click here to visit the Wellnessmart website for more information.
With Wellnessmart, you can either book an appointment via their website or do a walk-in. Please note, walk-in wait times can vary depending on the day and how busy it is. Also, some of the newer Wellnessmart clinics do not have a livescan machine available yet. To check whether your nearest Wellnessmart clinic offers the livescan service, you can visit their website, select "Book Appointment," and enter your zip code. After selecting your preferred location, a list of available services for that clinic will be displayed.
They may ask for your Applicant ID Number, so we will make sure to provide that to you beforehand. We will also provide you with our LiveScan Form for Tradewind Subs and TB Risk Assessment Form. On the day of your appointment/walk-in, please make sure to have your I-9 Documents readily available for review. This can either be your U.S. Passport or your Driver's License and Social Security Card.
