Paraprofessional

Responsibilities;
- Behavior Management: In a 1:1 setting or as classroom support, helping students-including those in Special Education-thrive in a positive and structured learning environment.
- Progress Monitoring: Assist with administering assessments and tracking student progress toward IEP goals.
- Academic Support: Aid students in meeting their learning objectives by further breaking down course content, answering questions, and providing 1:1 support as needed.
Requirements;
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience working with students K-12 is required. Special Education experience is highly desired.
- Values-driven: A genuine passion for Special Education and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
- References: 3 professional references, including one from a supervisor, to showcase your strengths!
