What You'll Do:

  • Teach middle school Spanish, focusing on listening, speaking, reading, and writing

  • Design and deliver engaging, standards-aligned World Language lessons

  • Promote cultural awareness and real-world language application

  • Foster student confidence in communication and language acquisition

  • Support diverse learners in an inclusive, bilingual learning environment

  • Collaborate with administrators, staff, and families

  • Assess student progress and provide meaningful, timely feedback

What We're Looking For:

  • Valid California Teaching Credential (Single-Subject, Spanish or Multiple Subject with Spanish authorization required)

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English required)

  • Experience teaching Spanish at the middle school level preferred

  • Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills

  • Passion for culturally responsive instruction and student engagement

  • Commitment to equity, student growth, and academic excellence
