What You'll Do

You'll work alongside teachers and students to create positive, structured learning environments where every student can thrive:

• Support classroom management and help reinforce behavioral expectations
• Provide 1:1 and small group assistance for students, including those in Special Education
• Help track student progress toward IEP goals and academic milestones
• Break down complex concepts and offer individualized academic support where it's needed most

Every day, you'll make a tangible impact on students' academic and social growth.

What We're Looking For

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: At least 6 months in Special Education (SPED)
• Skills: Strong communication, genuine student engagement, and the ability to build rapport with both students and staff
• Heart: A real passion for Special Education and helping students reach their full potential
