The Difference You'll Make

As a Paraprofessional, you'll play a vital role in creating positive, structured learning environments where every student can succeed.

You'll:

  • Support classroom management and reinforce positive behavior

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support, including students in Special Education

  • Assist in tracking progress toward IEP goals and academic milestones

  • Break down complex concepts into clear, approachable learning steps

What We're Looking For

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Minimum 6 months working in Special Education (SPED)

Skills:

  • Strong communication

  • Adaptability in different classroom settings

  • Ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff

Passion: A genuine commitment to helping students reach their full potential.
