You are an educator who has successfully completed an interview with us and have been asked to officially begin the onboarding process.
Now what?

Step 1: Complete our DocuSign Packet
We have conveniently bundled all New Hire Documents into one DocuSign for you to fill out at your earliest convenience. Hire documents include your offer letter, reference form, W-4 Form, etc. We ask that our educators begin filling out their packets within 48 hours of their reception as it expires in 3 days’ time.
Step 2: Docusign Uploads
The last page of our DocuSign Packet includes some items to upload, including your certification (i.e., Emergency 30-day Substitute Permit), Covid-19 vaccine card, and TB test. Please upload what you have available and click submit. No, you do not have to upload what you do not have yet. You will have the ability to submit items, such as your completed TB Risk Assessment Form, at a later time.
Step 3: Wellnessmart Visit
We have partnered with Wellnessmart to ensure all on-boarding related costs are covered.
This includes payment for your LiveScan, TB Risk Assessment Form, and I-9 Document review. Please follow our Wellnessmart Guide here to support you in this process.
If you go elsewhere for the above, you will be assuming the cost as we do not reimburse.
Step 4: Clearance Waiting Period
At this time, our compliance team will be reviewing all items submitted and results. This includes your reference responses and LiveScan results.
Please be patient, as you know delays do occur. This stage can take anywhere between 1-2 days, but of course, we will be striving for the quickest turnaround.
Step 5: Required Training
We have partnered with Vector Solutions to provide you California’s required trainings for working with students in an educational setting. Please visit our Required Training guide for more information.
You will be asked to complete 3 trainings:
- Sexual Harassment (Senate Bill (SB) 1343)
- Mandated Reporting (Education Code § 44691)
- Bloodborne Pathogens (Cal/OSHA Standards)
All three trainings must be completed before your first assignment. You will be paid at a rate of $19.65 per hour for a maximum of 2 hours total.
Step 6: Activation!
