🧑‍🏫 Your Role as a Paraprofessional:

  • Support Students Daily: Work 1:1 or in classrooms to help students - including those with special needs - thrive in positive, structured environments.

  • Reinforce Behavior Plans: Help maintain a welcoming and consistent space by supporting classroom management strategies.

  • Boost Academic Progress: Break down course content, answer questions, and provide individualized support.

  • Track Student Growth: Assist with assessments and help monitor IEP goal progress.

✅ What We're Looking For:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Experience: 1+ year supporting K-12 students; Special Education experience is a big plus

  • Skills: Strong rapport-building, high energy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed

  • References: Three professional references (including one from a supervisor)

  • Values-Driven: You're here to make a difference - not just clock in and out.
