What You'll Do:
Step into K-12 classrooms and keep learning on track:
- Lead students through provided lesson plans or create your own engaging activities
- Maintain a productive, respectful classroom environment
- Provide continuity and care when regular teachers are absent
- Leave helpful notes for returning teachers
Qualifications:
✓ Bachelor's degree required (any major)
✓ At least 6 months of recent experience working with children or teens (teaching, tutoring, coaching, childcare, mentorship, youth programs, etc.)
✓ Must hold a 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit or be willing to obtain one
Bonus Points If You:
⭐ Are bilingual (Spanish/English) and comfortable communicating with diverse student populations
References Required:
- Two professional references from a recent supervisor
- One character reference
