What You'll Do

🍎 Support Classroom Success
Assist the lead teacher in maintaining a positive, structured learning environment and reinforcing classroom expectations.

🤝 Engage & Inspire Students
Build meaningful connections, support learning, and encourage student participation.

📚 Provide One-on-One Support
Help students who need extra guidance boosting both their confidence and academic progress.

📝 Assist with Daily Tasks
Support classroom operations like attendance, grading, and tracking student progress.

What We're Looking For

✔️ Education
High school diploma required; some college preferred.

✔️ Experience
Prior experience working with K-12 students is required; school-based experience is a big plus.

✔️ Bilingual Skills
English/Spanish bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

✔️ Core Strengths
Strong classroom management, teamwork, and communication skills.
