What You'll Do

🧩 Support Positive Behavior
Help create a structured, supportive classroom by reinforcing routines and guiding student behavior.

📊 Track Student Progress
Assist in monitoring academic and behavioral growth aligned with IEP goals through observations and assessments.

📚 Provide Academic Support
Work closely with students to clarify lessons, answer questions, and offer focused one-on-one assistance.

❤️ Assist with Personal Care
Support students with mobility, feeding, or other personal needs when required.

What We're Looking For

✔️ Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.

✔️ Experience
A minimum of 6 months of referencable experience working with students with IEPs is required.

✔️ Student-Focused Skills
Strong ability to build relationships, engage students, and collaborate with school staff.

✔️ Passion & Purpose
A genuine commitment to Special Education and making a lasting impact in students' lives.
