What You'll Do
🎨 Lead & Support Activities
Help facilitate engaging activities like arts & crafts, games, homework time, and enrichment programs.
📚 Homework Help
Provide academic support and encouragement to help students stay on track.
🤝 Build Positive Relationships
Create a welcoming environment where students feel supported, safe, and motivated.
👀 Ensure Student Safety
Supervise students during activities, transitions, and dismissal to maintain a structured, safe environment.
What We're Looking For
✔️ Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
✔️ Experience
Prior experience working with K-12 students is required; school-based experience is a big plus.
✔️ Energy & Enthusiasm
A positive attitude and the ability to keep students engaged and motivated.
✔️ Strong Communication Skills
Ability to work collaboratively with staff and communicate effectively with students.
✔️ Passion for Youth Development
A genuine interest in helping students grow academically and socially.
