What You'll Do
🩺 Provide Student Health Support
Assist students with daily health needs, monitor wellness, and help maintain a safe and supportive school environment.
🧩 Support Positive Behavior & Student Success
Work alongside teachers and staff to reinforce routines, encourage engagement, and support behavioral and emotional needs.
📚 Assist in the Classroom
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students during academic activities and transitions throughout the day.
❤️ Support Personal Care Needs
Assist students with mobility, feeding, toileting, hygiene, or other personal care tasks when required.
📋 Maintain Health & Documentation Support
Help document observations, incidents, and student needs while following school and district procedures.
What We're Looking For
✔️ Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
✔️ Experience
At least 6 months of referencable experience working with children, students with IEPs, healthcare support, caregiving, or behavioral support preferred.
✔️ Desirable Certifications
Current or prior certifications such as CPR, First Aid, BLS, CNA, Medical Assistant, Behavioral Technician, or related healthcare/support credentials are highly preferred.
✔️ Student-Focused Skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and school staff.
