What You'll Do:

Support students in a fun, safe, and engaging after-school environment by:

• Leading and assisting with after-school enrichment activities

• Creating a positive and supportive space for students

• Helping students stay engaged through creative learning and play

• Supervising students during indoor and outdoor activities

• Supporting homework help, arts and crafts, games, and group projects

• Building positive relationships with students and staff

Qualifications:

✓ Must have at least 6 months of experience working with children
✓ Experience in childcare, tutoring, camps, mentorship programs, or school settings preferred
✓ Strong communication and classroom management skills
✓ Ability to maintain a safe, engaging, and structured environment for students

References Required:

• Two professional references from a recent supervisor or colleague

• One character reference
